cough cough
urgh! I've been denying that tickle at the back of my throat for 2 days now - hoping that lots of
wellness tea
and a fair amount of sleep would make it magically disappear. No such luck. I started coughing about 8:30 this morning, and laying in bed just made it worse. So I'm up, and showered and drinking more wellness tea.
I don't wanna be sick. And I don't want to be up yet either. hmph!

hope you feel better soon Zalary. Not sure what else to suggest, the wellness tea kicks arse :) Maybe some straight echanacia, lots of vitamen C. Honey in the tea might
help with the cough.

Ack!! I'm at the end of a sickness cycle and have been doing the lovely coughing at night thing...I can sympathize with ya, sweetie!!!! I hope you get better soon!!
Hey, how does that Wellness Tea taste? I've never had it...I do like the Sleepy Time or Sweet Dreams one...whatever it is called :p
