argh! I'm sick. Feel bad for me?

I still need to learn that if i push myself too much on day 1, I will be useless on day 2. So now I am a little sneezy sniffly extra-tired mess. *le sigh*

In other news, the cats are being driven crazy by a little bug or something. Stinklet is proving to be quite the contortionist while trying to get in between the stove and the cabinets, then jump-flipping backwards and chasing some unknown, unseen thing around the house - nut! At least I have entertainment for the day - haha!

Also, have you seen Dawn's newest project, Chicago Uncommon? It is sooo fabulous. There a quite a few photos that I think would look lovely hanging here in my living room. hmm... maybe a Christmas present to myself? ;)

:( Sorry you aren't feeling well :(
What you described is what my CFS book calls the push-->crash cycle.
I push myself to get stuff done when I feel good, and then I've done too much so I have to rest a super lot the next day.
So the day after that, I'm feeling guilty and trying to catch up from my crash day, so I push myself too much again.
Not that I think you have CFS, it just was a good explaination of it. Their suggestion is to make an energy envelope chart, and determine how much you can do without crashing, and then stay inside your envelope. I've been trying hard, but its not always easy.

I hope that when you wake up, your snifflies will be gone :)
